DESCRIPTION

This lovely dream house was design to suit narrow long sloping sites and to take advantage of any panoramic views ahead of the slope. The building formally welcomes entrants with a spacious portcochere which can also be utilized by the occupants to temporary park their vehicles when they are not ready to lock it away in the double garage at the basement level. The entry foyer greets persons with a majestic stair tower and a stylist stair in addition to circular columns with an archway welcoming persons to the sunken living room. The plan also includes three bedrooms with their own bathrooms, master bedroom and bathroom in addition to a helpers quarter. To take full advantage of the views the design incorporates large balconies onto entertainment and private areas such as the living room, family room, dining room and the master bedroom.

The building adopts a mediterrian style with low pitch Spanish tile roofs, and some classical column elements and mouldings. The windows are combination French casement and louvers to allow for maximum ventilation.
